  • Once the Broker Client has decided to run a load through this system, we would first need to clear credit on the Debtor if we haven’t already.
  • After the load is delivered, the carrier is to send all delivery documents to the Broker Client for approval and preparation to submit to us. When these documents are submitted to us there is a settlement instruction sheet that the Broker Client prepares that guides us to make sure we handle proper settlement to the Carrier for the remainder of what they have coming. Payment to the Carrier is made the same day we receive these documents or when you direct us to settle to them. Settlement can also be wired on request. These documents all come together with our bill of sale and the freight invoice.
  • The freight invoice is then billed out to the account debtor with our assignment stamp on it. The same day we receive payment, our Broker Client’s profit in that load is calculated (see below) and paid immediately.
