MANAGEMENT
Ken Moore
General Manager

Ken started in the factoring business in 1970. He has been with UCDC since it was founded in 1976.
He is currently the General Manager over two of our divisions and two of our affiliates. His goals are mainly to retire in good health and travel with his wife, Rhonda, who he has been married to since 1968.

He spends his free time with his large family, playing golf, and gardening.

Denise Messang
Divisional Manager

Denise started her business career with UCDC in 1988. Her unique talent for this business enabled her to work her way through the ranks gaining experience in every aspect of the factoring industry.

Today she is managing both of our divisions. Currently her goals are focused on building up and improving both companies. Her emphasis has always been on customer service and risk management.

She spends her spare time with her family (daughter, son and husband) going on trips together in their RV, along with biking, hiking, and cooking.

Lori Raygoza
Operations Manager

Lori started with the company in 2004. Her current position is Operation Manager. Some goals for the future are to assist her associates achieve their goals, raise a family, and travel the world.

During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, scrapbooking, watching movies & cooking with her husband

Jessica Romero
Accounting Manager

Jessica has been working for UCDC since 1985. Early on she worked in our bookkeeping department and was on the ground floor when all of our present accounting procedures were first developed. She has become an outstanding accounting manager over all of our divisions and it has been commented many times over the years by bank auditors that she keeps the most pristine set of books they had ever seen.

Jessica's primary goal is to become a CPA. In her off time she goes to school and studies but leaves spare time to spend time with her daughter and granddaughter. She enjoys going to the movies, riding her bike, and watching HGTV.

Carrie Jenkins
Business Development Manager

Carrie joined UC Factors over 9 years ago. She came to UC Factors with prior experience in both Asset Based Lending and Factoring Industries. Carrie is the Business Development Manager and is responsible for creating referral relationships with other professionals as well as bring in new business.

Carrie’s goal is to continue to find high quality companies who will most benefit from our service orientated factoring group.

Carrie’s free time is spent catching a Dodger game, reading, seeing the latest movie, checking out new restaurants with friends, shopping and spending quality time with her two nieces. Carrie also donates two Sunday’s per month making lunches for the homeless in Los Angeles.
Annabel Martinez
Business Development Representative

Annabel started working at UC Factors in 1989 as an Administrator Assistant. She has gained a lot of experience in the 22 years she has worked here. She is currently working as a Business Development Representative.

Annabel’s goal for the future is to remain healthy and live a good and long life with her family. Some of Annabel’s interests include gardening and spending time with her family, especially with her 3 lovely granddaughters who touch her heart dearly.

Benita Velazquez
Business Development Representative

Benita has been with UC Factors since 2002 when she started as an Account Executive. She is currently our Business Development Representative and processes all the paperwork for new clients joining UC Factors.

Benita’s goals for the future include going back to school to obtain her bachelor’s degree. She is also planning to travel Egypt as well as Peru to visit the ruins in Machu Piccu.

Some of her favorite interests are watching movies and spending time with her family.

Marisa Ortiz
Sales and Marketing Representative

Marisa originally started with the company in 2000 as an Account Executive and moved up to Supervisor. After taking a leave of absence to be a full time mom, Marisa returned in 2007 and worked in many positions including Collections. Currently, Marisa is working in Sales and Marketing.

Some goals for the future include living a healthier lifestyle and becoming more active. Another goal is to travel and to finally see Graceland.

Some of her interests include spending quality time with her extraordinary daughter, particularly going to Disneyland. Marisa also loves to draw and paint and do different arts and craft projects…especially Halloween related.

Amy Perez
Operations Supervisor

Amy started with the company in 1997 and is currently Operations Supervisor.

Some of her goals include obtaining a bachelors degree in Business Management as well as living a healthier lifestyle with her family.

Her favorite things include doing charity walks, reading, playing Wii/Kinect and spending time with her friends and family. One of her favorite passions is scrapbooking!

Teresa Alejo
Senior Account Anaylst

Teresa started working with UC Factors on December 1, 2001 and is currently a Senior Account Analyst

Someday in the future she would like to open a bakery with her Mom and 2 Sisters.

During her spare time she likes to spend it with her 2 kids, husband, family and friends. Most of her weekends are spent at the ballpark watching her son play baseball and her daughter play softball. It’s so exhausting but, worth it!
Tina Clark
Account Anaylst

Tina started with UC Factors in 2001 and is currently and Account Analyst.

One of her goals is to travel the world.

In her spare time she loves spending time with her beautiful family

Sara Spurrier
Account Executive

Sara stared with UC Factors in 2007 and is currently an Account Executive.

An important goal for her future is to get her bachelor’s degree. Sara also would like to start her own charity that helps children from abusive homes.

Sara spends most of her time watching movies and tv as well as spending time with her boyfriend. Her hobbies include Sudoku, puzzles and reading. Her favorite interests are traveling, playing softball and going to baseball games. Go Angels!

Valerie Diaz
Account Executive

Valerie joined the company in 2006 practically right out of high school and is currently an Account Executive.

Her goals for the future include returning to school to obtain a degree in Business.

Some of Valerie’s favorite things include spending time with her friends and family, reading, watching movies and enjoying art.

Bina Chudsama
Senior Collector

Bina started working at UC Factors in the year 2000 as a part time Collector. She steadily increased her hours and became full time in 2010. She is now our Senior Collections Administrator.

Some of Bina’s goals are to finally learn how to swim as well as assist her daughter in finishing college. Also, she would like to go back and visit London, England where she grew up. She hopes to participate in more walks for charity and do some volunteer work in hospitals.

Some of Bina’s interests are to travel with her husband to new places. She loves reading and spending time with friends and family.

Ana Arreola
Senior Account Analyst

Coming from a Military background, Ana joined the company in 2006 and is currently a Senior Account Analyst.

One of her goals for the future is to obtain a degree in Accounting.

Some of Ana’s favorite things include taking her daughter to the park, watching movies, traveling and dancing. She enjoys life and regards every day as a blessing.

Brianne Bernal
Account Anaylst/Collector

Brianne started with UC Factors in 2001 and is currently an account analyst.

Her hopes for the future include going back to school and continue to raise a healthy, happy family.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family.

Anna Rincon
Receptionist

Anna has worked part time for UCDC as a High School student and she is now Full-time as our Receptionist and Accounting Clerk. She has been exposed to factoring for a great deal of her life being that her mother has worked for UCDC for over 20 years.

Anna enjoys spending time with her young daughter, working out at the gym, and driving her new car.

Patty Martinez
Accounting Assistant

Patty started with the company in October, 1996. She is currently our Accounting Assistant.

Her plans for the future are to continue to nurture her two boys into wonderful young men.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, doing crafts and visiting the beach. Patty also loves jazz and going to concerts.
