FUNDING REQUIREMENTS

1. Original invoice(s) and signed delivery receipt(s) & legible file copy for our records (original we mail, copy we keep until invoice pays). If your customer requires original delivery receipts, then we must have them in order to process the invoice, so if your driver only gets a copy then it will not be sufficient for funding.

Delivery Receipts must be signed by the consignee in order for UCDCs to fund on invoice(s). Most Transportation Companies supply you with a Load confirmation sheet, please include with the invoice (if applicable). All shorts and damages on loads must be noted on invoice by the client that they have verified with the customer that no deductions will be made on the invoice(s).

2. Customers Credit must be cleared by UCDC before you send in any invoice(s) for funding-call or fax them in.

3. A Bill of Sale which we will provide for you to fill out & sign-must have original signature (no exceptions made, legal document)

We will call you immediately after your paperwork has been processed.
