Factoring accounts receivable for freight companies and other businesses is our only job and we do it better than anyone in the industry does. Factoring is especially beneficial for growing transportation companies that have met a cash crunch because of their expansion.

The factoring business is saturated with high-pressure sales people and brokers who make unrealistic promises that frequently are unfulfilled. Factoring prospects of UCDC have direct communication with management personnel who have the authority to deliver what they promise. We do not permit high-pressure sales.

FACTORING REQUIREMENTS

Factored invoice must be valid, current billing for goods and/or services rendered that have been delivered and accepted. Account debtors must be credit worthy of the line of credit requested. Factoring applications are frequently processed and approved between 24 and 48 hours from the time a completed application is received.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Once we receive a completed application with the necessary documents required (see 2nd page of application), we immediately start working on your application. First by calling on your business references. We qualify our applicants on their business references (performance reference). Second, we check credit on the customers you list that you intend to factor. If you qualify, we will overnight or mail you a contract to be signed and notarized by the necessary people and/or person. When, returning the executed contract, you may also submit new invoices for funding.

HOW FACTORING RECEIVABLES WORKS?

When you have delivered the goods or services to your customer, you simply send us your paperwork (see documents needed for funding). Upon receipt of original invoice(s) we will advance you 80%-90% of the face amount of the invoice. Normally within 3 hours! The remaining reserve 10%-20% will be paid to you less our fee (see Options), when UCDC receives payment on the invoice(s).
